on april 29th, the company organized a large-scale training of “organizational change and innovation in the era of the internet of things” in the hall of head office. the training was lectured by prof. jin jiafei, a manager of and all the employees from the head office and management staff of pingfang factory participated in the training

professor jin jiafei graduated from the school of management at the university of bristol in the united kingdom. he is currently a professor and doctoral tutor of harbin institute of technology, and an expert at the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council. he is dedicated to the digital strategy and organizational transformation of human resources management and organizational reform, and innovation and entrepreneurship research.

professor jin used humorous language, concise and lively explanations, real and profound cases, and made use of the internet of things thinking in a simple and easy way to interpret the new model for the future development of the internet of things. he emphasized the need to integrate the business scenarios and applications of the internet of things. integrate more resources, form the relationship between big data and human, and then explore the potential commercial value of the existing industry. his explanation boarded thinking of everyone, which made the students suddenly enlightened.
