at the meeting, director liu chunyan summarized the work of intellectual property in 2018 from eight aspects: the reform of intellectual property institutions, the promotion of comprehensive strength, and the promotion of the construction of strong provinces. he pointed out that in 2019, he would take the high-quality development of intellectual property as the main line, actively improve the three major systems of intellectual property policy, management and service, and focus on promoting innovation-driven, supporting industrial development and shaping the business circle. we should focus on ten tasks with regard to our three major capabilities.
in her speech, director liu xiaomei fully affirmed the working idea of "one main line, three systems and three capabilities" of the provincial intellectual property office in 2019, and proposed optimizing the business environment; emancipating the mind and improving the quality of service; giving full play to the advantages of comprehensive supervision and increasing the protection of intellectual property rights; strengthening the supervision of intellectual property rights around the organic integration of regulatory mechanisms; and improving the ability and style of work. suggestions on strengthening the construction of cadres and talents in an all-round way.
during the symposium, the provincial intellectual property office listened carefully to the suggestions of representatives of various cities, enterprises and institutions. li zhou, vice general manager of dongsheng, made a detailed report to the leaders at the meeting on the work of intellectual property rights of enterprises, and put forward two suggestions: first, to strengthen the awards to enterprises or patents awarded for patent awards in china, to promote the quality and efficiency of patents, and to enhance the scientific and technological strength of patents in our province; second, to strengthen the cooperation of "production, education and research" of patents, to speed up the industrialization of intellectual property achievements and to accelerate the value of intellectual realization.
